Exchange Policy
At NDulge, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are handcrafted and intentionally unique, we currently offer exchanges and store credit only.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be attached.
- A packing slip and return approval confirmation must be included.
- The item must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
***Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected at the customer’s expense.
Store Credit Only
Once your exchange is received, inspected, and approved, a store credit will be issued to the email address used when the order was placed.
Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, and special-order items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ndulgecollection@gmail.com.
Upon review, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable style, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, the customer will be refunded the full purchase amount.
Exchange Process
- Email ndulgecollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
- Approved items must be shipped and postmarked within 7 days of approval.
- Exchanges received after this timeframe may be denied.
***Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Imperfect on Purpose
Many of our products are intentionally handcrafted and designed to be unique. Variations in color, texture, placement, and finish are part of the design and are not considered defects. No two items are exactly alike.
